Cobalt HR is a South Wales' based consultancy providing specialist expertise and support. Our key interest is helping our clients to adopt high performance working practices, such as engagement and recognition systems. However, we also support normal HR activity, such as policy development and dealing with staffing issues. The Director of Cobalt HR has over 25 years of experience working with organisations in the public, private and third sectors. She has achieved increases to customer satisfaction as a result of higher employee engagement.
As well as significant experience, she has a Masters in Human Resource Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Taylor Haynes Consulting and Cobalt HR work together on joint projects as the need arises. Both businesses have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, as well as using their HR experience to help businesses achieve success.
Supporting Cobalt HR with the effective management of its events, is Carol Orton. Carol has been involved with the business since its inception, and take great pride in ensuring guests are given a warm welcome.
