Changing your staffing structure
There will be times when you may need to change the staffing structure in your organisation. This could be as a result of the need to down size, bring in new skills, bring in more of some roles and fewer of others. There may also be the need to effect a TUPE transfer (Transfer of Undertaking, Protection of Employment), where staff are moved from one organisation to another.
These types of reviews should be progressed with great caution as they can result in problems for the organisation if not handled correctly.
